A char-grill and range inside a food trailer kitchen
The menu

Short menu. Big mess.

Burgers, fries and shakes. Done properly, with nothing extra to slow down the line.

Burgers

Smashed to order.

Fresh local beef smashed thin on the flat top and served on a toasted bakery bun.

The Pure Slob

Two smashed patties, double cheese, caramelized onions, pickles, slob sauce.

The signature

The Single Slob

One patty, cheese, pickles, onions, slob sauce. A starter slob.

The Bacon Slob

Two patties, double cheese, thick-cut bacon, slob sauce.

The Mushroom Slob

Two patties, Swiss, garlic butter mushrooms, caramelized onions.

The Big Mess

Three patties, triple cheese, bacon, everything. Napkins strongly advised.

Not for beginners
Fries

Fried in tallow. Always.

Hand-cut potatoes, double fried in beef tallow and salted the second they come out.

Tallow Fries

Crispy outside, fluffy inside, flaky salt on top.

The reason you came

Cheese Fries

Tallow fries under real cheese sauce.

Slobbin' Fries

Cheese sauce, chopped smash patty, onions and slob sauce. Fork optional.

Poutine

Fresh cheese curds and beef gravy. We're in Ontario, after all.

Shakes & drinks

Thick enough to stand a straw in.

Real ice cream and real milk, spun to order.

Vanilla Shake

The classic.

Chocolate Shake

Rich, cold, and gone too fast.

Slob Shake of the Week

Something new and probably unreasonable.

Craft Sodas

Cane sugar sodas and fresh lemonade.

This is the concept menu. The final menu gets built with the operator who opens the first Pure Slobbin'.
