The concept

Clean ingredients. Filthy food.

A burger and fries joint for people who eat well most of the time and want their cheat meal to actually be worth it.

The problem

The cheat meal is broken.

You spend the week eating chicken and broccoli. Saturday comes, you've earned it, and the only fast options around are the same drive-thrus serving frozen patties and fries cooked in industrial oil.

You eat it, you feel terrible, and you wonder why you bothered.

The fix

Same mess. Real food.

Pure Slobbin' keeps everything that makes comfort food great: the drip, the crunch, the cheese pull. Then it swaps every ingredient for the real version. Local beef. Organic produce. Real cheese. Fries in beef tallow.

Still horrible for you. Just in a way you can feel good about.

What goes in

Every ingredient earns its spot.

Local beef

Fresh ground beef from nearby farms, never frozen, smashed thin on a hot flat top for a proper crust.

Beef tallow

The fryer runs on tallow, like fries were made before seed oils took over. Better flavour, better crunch.

Real cheese

Cheese that comes from milk. No plastic-wrapped slices.

Bakery buns

Soft, toasted buns from a local bakery, sturdy enough to survive the slob.

Organic produce

Lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles from growers who do it right.

Nothing weird

No fillers, no mystery sauces from a jug. If you can't pronounce it, it isn't in there.

Built to go anywhere

Four ways to open a Pure Slobbin'.

A short menu and a simple kitchen mean Pure Slobbin' fits a lot of spaces. We looked at all four on camera.

A takeout restaurant with a covered patio and a Pure Slobbin' sign

Restaurant

A small takeout spot with a patio. Walk-up window, picnic tables, line out the door.

Stainless steel flat top inside a food truck

Food truck

Flat top, fryer, go. Festivals, breweries, events and late nights.

A blue concession trailer parked in a driveway

Food trailer

A concession trailer that parks for the season or rolls to wherever the crowd is.

NET Camping Resort sign

Campground snack bar

Hungry campers, long summer weekends, nowhere else to eat. A natural fit.

Already built

The brand is ready to go.

Most restaurant ideas are a name on a napkin. Pure Slobbin' has the pieces that usually take months and real money to put together.

  • The pig. A custom mascot and logo, ready for signs, cups, wrappers and trucks.
  • The look. Hot pink, aqua and a lot of attitude.
  • The merch. Shirts already printed in five colours.
  • The content. A library of produced videos that tell the story from day one.
  • The domain. pureslobbin.com, and this site.
